would it be a good idea to stay away from de listed or banned providers on TER? what does this mean if an agency or a provider is de listed or banned? what could they have done to trigger this? just curious...

Many of the banned and delisted did something shady like self review and got caught. Then there are many that did nothing wrong and somehow their name got into the mix.. so.. banned through no fault of their own.

IF a girl works for an agency that did something shady, she gets banned along with the agency. All she would need to do though is write to admin and let them know either that they are going Indi or that they are at another agency and they can get their reviews back.
One of the best agencys in the city is banned.. They had A phone girl do some shady stuff without their knowledge.. Got them banned.. They have repeatedly begged the admin for forgiveness and of course that employee was fired immedietly (this is going back a couple of years) as soon as they found out this agency wrote admin and explained the whole situation to no avail. Funny thing ... They here must had forgotten that this agency was banned.. Reviews came through and they were an active member here in good standing and respected by all for a year or so.. (they thought they were forgiven and all was cool and groovy) Then outta the blue they musta remembered and POOF gone again.. This not too long ago.
Then there are the ladies and agencys that just dont want to be listed here as the level of exposure that you get here, makes them uncomfortable.
Banned and delisted can mean so many different things....

So as you see there are many reasons.. And they are not ALL bad. Youre best bet is get some VIP and start backchanneling through Private Message to the guys that you would like to start a rapore with.. to find out what the real deal is because so much is not allowed to be posted publicly.
