I’ve been using this agency for a few years and it was always reliable but as of lately it’s been tough. Today I had an appointment an hour away from my home. ☀️  told me the general area but never gave me the address. I drove an hour and waited an hour for the exact address to which she never responded. I’m realizing that this is the 3rd time in the past year something like this has happened. Is anybody else having difficulty?

I haven't used SPP much since Lena left, although I did see Bianca when she was in town. If you booked more than a day in advance, you should verify the morning of, especially if it's on a weekend.   When you say "general area", were expecting a private residence as opposed to a hotel?  

experience this past week. I didn't get a prompt response after sending multiple texts and email. I missed the chance to schedule with Bianca within my playtime window. I hope everything is fine with SPP. I still trust this agency and hope they keep that reputation.

That's unusual. I've had ladies who would be arriving late, and I was notified by text. I've discovered ladies had cancelled a pre-book, when I checked in the morning before travelling. I've never been ghosted so close to an appointment though.

I’ve used them a few times, always a great experience. However scheduling can be difficult. For one, I was promised to be made a member, never got access. Also, sometimes I’ll text and ask who is available and don’t get responses. It’s too bad, as they are quality, but the difficulty sometimes getting responses gets challenging when trying to arrange something

I havent had any luck just getting a response. Filled out info, called, texted, and email… nothing. This was spread out over a few months.  The only advice I’ve gotten back is to be borderline annoying but trying to avoid that lol.

Maybe you didn't meet their verification criteria.

Same here. I used to only use them so it’s strange how things have changed. I wonder if it’s new management. It only seemed to happen since Claire and Blake left the agency

Schedules aren't up to date. Old or irrelevant information showing. Pictures aren't refreshed often enough.

Yes, I have had a few issues, but Sunny always figured out a way to satisfy. Over the many years I have used SPP, I've had 2-3 ladies be late to appointments, but I always got the length of time agreed to. I've only had one no show, but again Sunny found a wonderful replacement within 30-40 minutes. Shit happens. I've had the same things happen with independent providers.  

Did you ever clear things up with them?

Made contact was setting something up then I was ghosted.. oh well
