Hi I am looking to get into the hobby and have no experience with this other than signing up for VIP here. I have read the newbie board and found helpful information but, I was hoping someone could PM some newbie friendly provider names in Atlanta, North Atlanta area. I am interested in young 18-27, higher end, upscale type companion of which I could be a regular client. It seems like having no experience there is a stumbling block with references. I am okay with being "googled" and verified, I an attorney and am easy to find on the internet by someone who can be discreet.
I just joined and don't have any references and emailed a couple of the providers who I found most interesting. Basically asked what I need to do to set up a visit. No response yet. I'd be willing to pay for the p411 thing if they replied and told me that's what they require. I probably should have read the newbie board before messaging them as I'm sure messages about how "i've never done this before" raise a red flag...
So I guess the question is whether I should do the p411 thing or whether I should go to an agency to set up an initial visit that can show I'm on the up and up.
I returned to the US after living abroad for several years and had no current references. I joined P411, searched the site for "newbie friendly providers", booked through that site, then asked for a P411 OK and used them as references. In no time, I was reverified and good to go.
BTW, you are not going to have to compromise. There are some quality newbie friendly girls on P411.
Finally, advising, unsolicited, in advance of the appointment, that you are a hobby virgin is not a good approach. If you were a provider, would you want to risk seeing such a person?
I hear ya. No I would not. I made that realization after they did not reply.
I'll just bite the bullet and go the P411 route. Didn't want to drop the $100 unless it was truly beneficial, but it sounds like that's the way to get started. Probably would have done that already, but they're not verifying anyone new until Monday because of some sort of training thing.
If you want to make any recommendations on newbie-friendly girls to make sure and check out on there, I'm all ears.

Be prepared to be screened if you want to enjoy the time of any reputable Lady. It's not uncommon for LE agents to go to Law School to further their career.
There is usually a lot less screening there and they will provide a reference. Some of the providers have both FBSM and FS on the menu - may be worthwhile checking out their requirements for just FBSM screening.
I find that very odd that just because they are only doing FBSM that they screen less? They are still locking themselves in a room with a complete stranger. Practicing massage without a license can carry an additional or sometimes heavier charge depending on the state. And if they are licensed, they run the risk of loosing that license after they've put in the time and money to attain it. Massage therapy school is a year full time and it is not cheap. If I only did FBSM, I would screen harder not less.
I am just gobsmacked! (always wanted the opportunity to use that word!)

Yes I do newbie screening and its similar to most of the newbie friendly providers screening! The big thing is there aren't many indys that I know that are between 18 to 27 that do newbie screening.
