Well, first and foremost congratulations on taking this wonderful opportunity to see your first provider. These are several great providers mentioned based upon the lists that Ava Raleigh put out, several providers who had reply to your post, as well as others. When you are embarking on choosing a newbie friendly provider there are factors that needed to be considered.  

1. Comfortability:  It would be a terrible move to go into an session and you are not comfortable with the provider. First, it would make your first experience bad but make the provider uncomfortable. I would either try talking with her first before entering into a session.

2. Ability to learn: In this hobby, you will go through experience that majority of us hobbyist had went through. With a newbie Friendly provider, they can teach you more about the ropes and the do and don't about the hobby. Choose a provider that is willing to help you as well as teach you as well.

3. Patience: As an new hobbyist, you are going to make a lot of mistakes and ask a lot of questions to the provider. Choose a provider who is patient and understanding on this journey.

There are more. however, you are going to have a lot of fun in this hobby. Take this saying: enjoy the ride until you can't ride anymore

To the OP, having a lady who can be a bit of a mentor (in and out of bed) can be a very good thing.
One of the things you'll need help with starting out is building a good reputation.  Most ladies (especially well reviewed newbie friendly ones) can give you guidance there.

If you want to be successful in getting dates around this town, having a good "rep" is important.

Even the highest of expectations.  Years ago I called her, schedules were not working.  We talked about my interest and desire.  She mentioned a few names and we hung up.   About 10 min later she called back and had set an appt with a lady who quickly became my ATF, and had set an intro rate for me. In fact ginger set at least 2 other sessions for me because she knew we would get along before I ever met ginger. No commission, no sense of obligation.   Just a sweet woman being a sweet woman.  Who, as an added bonus is now a sweet ATF Freak with me!,!!

First welcome!  This is both a great and mostly safe market compared to most in the US.  I credit the members here, the agency owners, and frankly a board such as this for making it so.

To really help you, it would us to know what you are looking for.  Do you like a petite girl or a taller girl?  Do you like red heads or blondes, etc?  Do you want someone more on the milder side of things or an out an out porn star type?  In all segments there are newbie friendly girls.  In what a gentlemen gets from his bookings is depending on what he really wants.  Too many guys are afraid to ask for what they want.  Please let me use myself as an example.

I am 5'7", as such I tend toward a very petite girl or very much the spinner types.  Now there are others that are very very good, But I don't think they and I would make a good paring.   Now part of me really really wants to book a 5'10" to 6' gal.  I love the look, seriously. To me; however, they need a 6'5" or taller guy who can make that a good paring and bring out the best in her.  I think I would disappoint such a girl.  Now don't take that as a lack of self confidence, it is just what I think would work.  It takes two to make for great sex.  If she does not have a good motor, and/or I cant get it to run, its a bad booking regardless of her Boobs, Legs, Ass, etc.

Now, for some entertainment purposes and to try to provide some help to you.  I will make two recommendations.  One I have met but not privately (yet), then second both apply.

The first one.  I would recommend going back to Ava's post and remove some of the names there and refocus on Ava herself.  I have met her but not yet privately.  I am very impressed by her a s potential sexual partner for any dude. She will kill me at the next social (poor me as she beats me around the head -lol), but it is why I have recommended her so many times privately to others.

1. First time you meet Ava, a certain body part comes to mind.  OK, that said, frankly her best features are a beautiful face and a great pair of legs.  Seriously,  
2. She is really nice. Very important in a partner.
3. My impression is that she has a sexual motor within her that knows no upper limit.
4. Number 3 is really important because Ava is one of delicate looks.  Too many guys presume that a girl with delicate looks do not have an active sexual motor.  Very untrue.  

There are very few women with her combination of looks and other things.  I think she one of those girls that guys over look.  An example, I think in real life that Ava in high school was perhaps a bit of a nerd who was over looked.  Guys looked to the Homecoming Queen and Cheerleaders. I can tell you from experience, that the Homecoming Queen and Cheerleaders have horrid sexual motors.  Just boring.  If it were not for , hey, I am between a great pair of legs, pretty worthless.  By comparison if I a guy back in the day would chosen the high schooled aged Ava (whatever her name was/is), that little nerd would have fucked him until he was stupid.  

Second one.  Olivia at Gold Club. A very natural sexual partner. She is fun and really wants you to have a good time.  She works well with her partner and works to work with what he does well.  Killer legs on this petite frame.  I wrote her a review that I was pleased to write and I think that it helped her.  Her pictures, while very professionally thought out and done, totally miss the essence of her.  Just trust me, most dudes would really like a booking with her.    I think she is the best that Gold Club has on offer.  Now, yeah, I would love to book Brooke, but I don't think that I make a good paring with her. She needs someone with a different physicality than I to bring her out.

So we come full circle.  It is what you want in looks, in services, and who you think makes a good mutual paring.
