You write very nice poetry. The sentence with "Like a circle of fools on a carousel" is interesting to me. Why did you choose the term "fools"? One definition for the term "fool" gets to me. Why did you select that term to use in your work? Did it come natural to you as you were writing? You are an excellent writer. Glad you share with others your work. It is hard for a lot of writers to share thier work. Your work says a lot about your mind. Interesting mind you have too.

Your pictures were also very nice. I like the one in camo with the paint on the face. Liked a photo at the site with you sitting by or near an auto. I do not see it at this site. Sometimes this desktop will not display images. It is the configuration for Zone Labs I think. Do you still have that one somewhere on the internet?

what I mean by the word choice of "circle of fools on a carousel"
is that when people tend to fall in love, it  is more often not with someone that returns the sentiment. Eventually somehow the circle completes itself. Some circles are smaller than others but it always comes back around. Sometimes people change directions during the chase, the chasee becomes the chaser, the chaser becomes the one chased. It is foolishness, because the fool is one who cannot learn. Still no matter how many times we fail, most often we do not learn and are forced to continue. If we could learn that true love, unconditional love, is self-acceptance, forgiveness, self love, selfless love, with no concern for reciprocation, we could stop the chase. Or at least, enjoy the ride.
