I am sure this will make some of you very happy. I was Arrested last night at my appartment in Cobb County. It was a sting, they told me another provider had turned me in. I just don't get how one of you girls could do this to another. I have my suspicians of who it was. My life is totally screwed now, this is on my record, I have to drop out of school not to mention the emotional trauma and shame of being set up and arrested and spending the night in jail. For those of you who think your safe by your screening processes, your not. I screened this guy, he called on a regular number with voice mail that indicated his business and gave me a business number that I checked out, it exists and somehow they were able to get the business to play along while I verified him. He even gave me the names of a few providers that are well known, I couldn't reach them but with his work credentials felt he was ok. I even checked his ID when he came in the door. There were signs by how he began speaking, I became flustered and then it was to late. They have it all on tape although I really didn't elude to much. This isn't going to stop Ladies. Someone, some provider  is out to harm you and ruin your life and business. Whoever did this to me, will be found out at my court date and you will pay for doing this because it is just simply wrong and one day you'll get what you deserve.

and all providers out there, listen up!

This is the number #1 way for the cops to find you and bust you!!

Some girl you work with and think you can trust, caused by some falling out or jealousy or even simple competition tactics, turns you in and tells the cops where you live, work, etc. and what your screening process is.

Another good way to get popped is working for a pimp or agency. They regularly turn girls in on bust calls when they are pissed at them.

The reason they taped you I imagine is they didn't want to make the same goof up the dekalb police did recently in the dunwoody case. But I highly recommend you hire a lawyer and fight this case because most girls plea bargain and that is the best way to get fucked. DO NOT DROP OUT OF SCHOOL! hold your head up, you are innocent until THEY PROVE you are guilty. ANd believe it or not, its a lot bigger burden on them than they want you to think.

I recommend Morgan Robinson for legal representation.

PS they probably didn't tape you actually, they bluff a lot. maintain your innocence regardless!!

Hi, Thanks for the advise, but I can't afford a lawyer because I am not taking any more appointments these days. I am dropping out of school because I can no longer afford the tuition.

This isn't a civil matter.  (It shouldn't be a crime but let's not go there.)  Criminal charges come with an attorney paid for by the state.  You now have a free lawyer.  

Make no statements, let your lawyer talk for you, beat the rap.  It's a hassel but you really don't know how very weak the state's case is at this point.  Chances are, very weak.  The other provider may have been the instigator but is barred by the hearsay rule from giving her "evidence" unless it's first-hand.  

You sound intimidated.  Stop that.  Fight.  Win.

You (and I'm talking to everyone who may be concerned by this issue,at one time or another.) need to understand that unless you've made incriminating statements, you're not doing anything wrong or illegal.

There is nothing that concerns the law that may happen during a social visit between friends. If you wish to keep an active social calendar, more power to you. *laughs* If your friends bring you gifts of any kind, it is simply a token of appreciation, and not illegal. If a guy I'm dating takes me to dinner and gives me jewelry, the cops don't really care, and why should they?

Don't put yourself in a position where you come across as someone engaging in illegal activities. A person's private life is their own business, as long as they are discreet and don't make it anyone else's. Don't put yourself in a situation where you are saying or doing things that may give the impression that you're interested in anything illegal, and you'll stay out of trouble.

Good luck to you...remember,there are always options, and it pays to take the aggressive rather than the passive approach in order to get the outcome you're looking for.

Sorry u had to go through it as well, from someone who this has happened to as well,  because of someone else I know how u feel....but to be honest u need to put it past u and move on because all it will do is eat at u...DO NOT AND I REPEAT you are better not trusting anyone in this business who claims they are a friend because in the end unfortunately they turn out not to be.....Also the courts most likely  will not tell u who turned u in but most probably your lawyer can find out!!!! Be careful....

Terri, thanks I know you know how I'm feeling right now. I am not taking appointments so I have no money for a lawyer and no money to pay my school tuition. I am getting a full time job next week and am through with this lifestyle unless it's one of my regulars.

Yes I know your trying to do your research to find the details of my arrest, you'd have made a great private detective. :) My appointment was at 8:30pm I was arrested by 9pm in jail by 10 pm and home by 6am the next morning. I was taken to the Cobb County Jail on County services Rd.  Hope that helps LOL.

I was just curious because I saw you online on yahoo betwen 9pm and 10pm that night, and then your original post above has a time stamp of 4:03am, but you say you were home by 6am.  I'm not disputing whether or not you were arrested, just pointing out some observations, that's all.

Yea, that was west coast time. As far as you seeing me on yahoo between 9 and 10 the cops busted me at 9 then were all over my computer, and searching my appartment.  My husband came home he had been at the gym so they detained him for awhile to question  him after I was gone ahead to the jail the cops left about 10 he said then I guess my husband must have shut the computer down. The cops never took my computer, they said they could have if they wanted to.
