I need help with a mental block I, like most men here, am married but have often had a problem with getting a complete erection when with another woman. I dont however have this problem with my spouse. I can get semi hard, and usually can have intercourse, although not as stimulating as it should be. What most men don't realize is that nocotine in any form smoke or dip causes this problem in men and it usually starts to surface in their 40's. The blood flow to the head is restricted. Once it finally gets there a lull (or distraction)in the action can cause you too loose it. Once the cycle starts then the mental aspects kick in and can add to the problem.
