When you schedule an appointment 3 days in advance, then get NCNS'd.  You then go look at their Twitter account, then see where they tweeted (or is it twatted?) "Just got done with an amazing session." 30 mins after your appointment was to have ended.  And you were not the one in that session.

That's chutzpah.
