May I make a request of the providers? Sheesh, I wish more of you would put your location somewhere on your website or your ad. Many times I'll see a pic, like the woman, and we'll swap several messages before finally getting her on the phone. I ask where she is and find out she's in Alpharetta or Duluth or some far away place. I'd be nice to know where she is before I make the call. I live in the Vinings area and don't mind travelling 10 or 12 miles but it should would help to know ahead of time. Reasonable request? Thanks.
i 2nd that motion. i live an hour south of the airport and relize i am going to have to drive but would rather not get interested in someone in dulth or alphretta (sp???). thanks
Alpharetta is located NORTH of Roswell, with the downtown area north of Old Milton Parkway off Haynes Bridge Road.
Nearly all of the area directly south of there is Roswell, until you get further south, where it's either Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, or unincorporated Fulton County.
And Alpharetta is relatively small, compared to neighboring communities:
Roswell - 38.0 square miles Sandy Springs - 37.7 square miles Alpharetta - 21.4 square miles
Alpharetta starts at Mansell Rd (Exit 8; Northpoint Mall) while going north on 400 and extends to the Fulton County line, with Exit 11, Windward Pkwy being the last exit in Fulton. Northpoint Mall is actually in the southern most part of Alpharetta.
In conversations with a couple of my provider friends lately, I learned that people who give legal advice to sex industry workers in Atlanta tend to tell them that working in unincorporated areas of Fulton County is the best choice around (thus, so many in Sandy Springs), with unincorporated Dekalb coming in 2nd. I've heard they are told to avoid the City of Atlanta and City of Marietta.

I'm not sure about this, but I believe that most providers are not trying to be "mysterious" in their locations....it's just that some of us have "mobile" incall locations and can change from week to week possibly. Another reason could be that we don't want to appear as "sitting ducks" if LE is on the warpath. Having a true incall location that doesn't vary can make some providers more hesitate to give out more information than what makes the feel comfortable directly on their websites. This could maybe explain why providers give out this critical information on a "need to know basis" and as the actual appointment date/time gets closer.
I personally don't know how the true "incall providers" do it and just from the standpoint of having to run the risk of clients showing back up unannounced or worse....other undesirables following them in (i.e. - girlfriends, wives, significant others, LE, etc!) That whole idea of staying stationary makes my skin crawl on many levels and that's for now I have choosen to remain mobile in my locations.
So with that said, I hope that might help clarify some of your questions/concerns and ......... Hats off to the true incall providers!!
I have always put my location - both area and details, such as major street crossings - in BOTH my ads and on website. And in places where it's hard to miss, like above my phone number. And yet, 95% of the men who call ask where I'm located! (I also put my rate in bold print and they almost always ask that too).
