We value being on time as much as any other professional.  If I have to wait at the doctor for an extra 20 min after the appointment it warrants an apology.   If i have to wait past 20 min then I reschedule with their desk.  Providers who show up 45 min late to an outcall with no communication dont deserve my time or money.

We value discretion above all else, don't really want to hear about other appointments or drama with other providers.  It is suprising how many younger providers make this mistake.  Speak only nice things about the hobby and its participants.
