Most will say Perimeter area or Buckhead.

While it is crowded, it is reachable.

May sound like an oxy moron but, that is how is in Atlanta.

Perimeter is some what like the Dupont Circle

I live in Buckhead and it takes 20 minutes to the airport provided the traffic cooperates and there are no accidents. Plus, restaurants and entertainment are close or in walking distance.

At your price point - Perimiter Mall area. It is central to the metro Atlanta area.  Also, close to any client that you would want.  I would recommend a hotel on Ashford Dunwoody Road.  It is a nice area.  

Avoid Gwinnett County in all areas. Police are very hard in that area. Also, the only working area there is Jimmy Carter Blvd and that market is below your market position.  Avoid South Atlanta as it is too far away from your market sweet spot. Likewise the Airport area.  

I could go on, but being new ot the area Perimiter makes a lot of sense.
