New to the hobby and am looking for advice from providers and hobbiest...  What's the best way to get started, validated to be able to see the best girls.  I'm definitely not cheap but do have certain taste and demand clean discreet girls/encounters.  Anyone have some tips for me?

TER does still have a newbie board, doesn't it?  My advice - check there, lots of good info to start.  Other sites to check out include DC and P411 for validation services.  Beyond that, get TER VIP, do some research here based on parameters of interest and contact the ladies that interest you. Eventually you will need to be able to dial and /or send an email (PM.)

5 or so acceptable to your taste girls.
Check if they have reviews here and if so
narrow your list to the ones you want to see based on
reviews and ask them what they need for verification.

Im kinda new too and VIP at ter is a must.. I also joined 411Preferred. Read  reviews!  And as questions on this board if not sure. 411preferred helps you with verification with providers. If you visit a provider on 411p, then have her "ok" you.... Stay away from backpage.

You will find most of the info you will need. Get the VIP member ship. It's cheap compared to a messed up session. Go read the Newbie board. Read back pages and pages.
Check on TER for the ladies to see. Check the Atlanta Regional ad board. Find their reviews.Look at their websites. Put in the research effort and you will enjoy the benefits.

I am not nor have I ever worked for LE, justnew to the hobby and trying to seek advice from others.  But thanks for slinging mud.  A friendly note to suggest not making such overt post would have been nice, instead now I have to work to overcome your unjustified remark.
