In my experience I book the tour after receiving deposits from serious individuals who tell me where they prefer Incall accommodations.

As a provider the worst tours are those that do not produce bookings, especially if you invested your own money in touring.

I don’t book the tour in hopes of getting bookings when I get there. I operate by booking in advance. I would never see anyone last minute when touring.  I prefer to have no out of pocket expenses.

Just my 2 cents. Everyone is different. Being bored in a hotel is not fun, unless you’re basing your tour around a specific point of interest. Do you.

Stay on Peachtree st it’s safe & luxurious in history.

Wow!  All Lorena wanted was an area to stay and got a dissertation on how to tour.  lol   Over 20 years in the business, almost 400 reviews who has already toured all over the country and a former Ms. TER, but I guess it is never too late to learn!  lol

Thank you!
I appreciate your post!

Welcome to Atlanta!

Buckhead and Dunwoody are most popular imo.

I agree. Your search can be narrowed if you have any preferences for things such as parking (valet vs. self, free vs. paid), walkability, hotel amenities, proximity to non work related things, etc.

Hi gorgeous!
Thank you so much for the warm welcome
Im definately going to stay in dunwoody and Buckhead.

Maybe we can meet up for lunch?

Hi Lorena! If you wish to stay in the Perimeter area, avoid Dunwoody and stay in Sandy Springs instead. Any of the hotels on Peachtree-Dunwoody Road would be a great choice. If you stay at a hotel on Hammond Drive, make sure it is west of Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd (Sandy Springs), don’t stay east of Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd or on Ashford-Dunwoody Rd because that is Dunwoody.

While clients  love dunwoody  and 400 area at and pass perimeter for convenience  i avoid it all for incall apartments  and hotel. They dont want these type of activities in those areas & most 12, hotel clerks and leasing office agents in that area know what to look for and actively look for it so my 2 cents avoid

Thank you so much for the advice
8 truly appreciate it

That "vice squad" was put on a serious leash with their fucked-up, illegal busts of an AGENCY, working next door to the POLICE station.

too scary at night for clients. Parking (besides valet) can be blocks away!!!!

Had a lady let me know n a Friday where she was staying; in DOWNTOWN downtown for our Monday night appointment. I told her I'd wear my work uniform so I would not draw attention as having any money. Come Monday am, she informed me that she was canceling her tour, as I was the only client that DID NOT cancel.... guess the others had no work uni's as a disguise! Buckhead or the Perimeter are always good choices. Just as convenient, if not more so, for where I suspect your clients reside.

Good Luck

Buckhead or Midtown have worked well for me. Enjoy your stay!

Depends on which days you expect the most clients. Sandy Springs and Buckhead are both good. I'd recommend Buckhead if you're expecting clients during work week hours. Sandy Springs, though not far from Buckhead, can be preferable for weekend clients as a lot of them live up north/NE/NW of Atlanta. They don't want to travel too far south.

If you use Buckhead and renting a car from the airport, just work the cost of parking into your numbers because nearly all Buckhead hotels 3 stars+ charge a ridiculous amount for parking per day.

Downtown Atlanta is the pits so I've never worked from any of those hotels. I'd hate for any clients to be exposed to the grunginess of downtown or parking nightmares. But, if there's a convention going on at Atlanta Mart, it might not be a terrible idea. ATL Mart is walking distance or a cheap Uber ride to hotels in the area.

Ill be back soon
Everyone was so amazing!
Im very grateful for all the wonderful advice!
