My parents love Guinness! I usually share a bottle with the old man, but have to drink it heavily diluted in a 10:1 mix with a Coke drink.

The lads at st james brewery taught me young the right way to drink it.  Draw or pour the glass, let the layers separate and the Carmel colour settle to dark brown, the slowly, steadily let your lips pull down on the glass with the first drink having no less than 1/3 of the glass.  Most American bars over carbonate the tap and do not let the glass cure after pouring.   Damn, I need to head to pub now,

All beer in its style should be served properly. Unfornately, that is most often not the case..., but this combination of the said pretty women...with Guiness...God loves us all!
