I have actually gotten full service at Bare Necessities on Cheshire Bridge Road before, and at not-too-bad a tip.  However, you've only got 20 minutes of time, so you're better off going either the escort or the asian massage parlor route.

She was a tall black girl that went by Vanessa, and she usually worked the 4-12 shift.  Full service was on a second visit, but even on the first she allowed a lot more touching that the other typically do.  It was over two years ago, so I doubt that she's still there.  I haven't seen her the couple of times I've been back since then.
