I start to get a little self conscious if we are in a hotel room and she begins screaming - maybe I subconsciously feel bad for the other guests.  Otherwise it is a fun turn on.

On a side note - one morning my gf and I were going at it in our hotel room and suddenly we began to hear an infant whimpering in the other room.  I think we were laughing half the time up to the finish line!

This made me think of the famous Meg Ryan scene with Billy Crystal .. lol. But, I prefer the other more physical signs of enjoyment ...the tense/release, the sensitivity to touch,  etc...you can enjoy the moment at any decibel level

As illustration I was visiting one of the local agencies.  After the lady I had selected greeted me at the door I could hear screams coming from the second bedroom.  It made me want to take my lady walk in the room and ask if we could join.

the sound of the headboard smacking against the wall! Screamers are a blast - the more vocal, the better.
