"Notice of Upcoming changes to Booking Agency accounts
Please be aware that we will no longer offer unlimited free provider listings to Agencies and Assistants. As of next week (Wednesday Sept 12) there will be a small monthly charge for each provider that you wish to have listed on P411.
AGENCIES:
Your main Booking Agency listing on P411 will remain free. However, if you wish to have individual providers listed as well, there will be a 20 point per month charge, per provider.

ASSISTANTS:
By default, you do not have a free Booking Agency listing. If you wish to turn on the free Booking Agency listing, we can do so at the Admin level. For each individual provider you wish to have listed, there will be a 20 point per month charge.
What Next?
When these changes go in (estimated: Wednesday Sept 12) all currently listed BA providers will be Disabled and a notification sent out. You will then need to log into your Booking Agent account and choose which providers you wish to make Active. Cost per provider listing will be 20 points per month (or portion of a month). No pro-rating, no refunds.
So...
~If you make SuzyQ active on Oct 3, it will cost 20 pts.
~Her account will be in a paid status until Nov 3, and can be disabled or made active, as you wish, until that time.
~On Nov 3, if SuzyQ is active, another 20 pts will be taken from your account for another month of paid status.
~If you do NOT want to pay for another month for SuzyQ, you must Disable her listing prior to Nov3.
~If you don't have enough points in your account on Nov3, SuzyQ will be Disabled due to non-payment.
Cost per provider listing will be 20 points per month (or portion of a month). No pro-rating, no refunds.
Points:
1 point = $1, but points can be purchased in bulk at a discount.
Also, points are earned when verifiable clients sign up via your referral, and when you give Okays or report problem clients.
Independent Provider accounts will remain free.
IMPORTANT!!
Anyone found trying to list their providers as Independent will be given one warning and a heavy fine, before being asked to remove themselves and their listings from P411 permanently. I understand that many of you will be upset about the charges being levied to Booking Agents, and my goal is not to cause hardship for anyone. My goal is to decrease the number of inactive providers that Assistants and Agencies currently tend to leave up indefinitely, which clogs up the site and causes a multitude of other issues from an Administrative standpoint.

I am not paying them 20 a month for every provider I have listed there... They crazy or what? YES Its a good service BUT it aint worth the occassional call I get/message I get from them... Sorry just NOT worth it! It would cost me 160 or so a month... No Way In HELL am I paying that!
