All that nervous anticipation and you can share it with absolutely no one in your civilian life.

Due to my work/life schedule, I typically don't know when or with whom I'm going to make an appointment until I'm on the way. This time I made one a few days ago with a woman I've dreamt about meeting for a long time. And the the anticipation has been building ever since.  I even woke up this morning, after a near sleepless night, with a woody!  TMI?:). I feel like a kid in the days before Christmas. So now I just have to get through the rest of this work day and an early evening conference, then I'll be on my way to the appointment.  Beginning to think I need to change my MO and begin planning these rendezvous more in advance. Didn't know what I was missing out on.
Since I can't really share this with my friends and colleagues, thought I'd post these thoughts here.

Hey man I just saw your post. This hobby is what ever you make of it. You have all kind of experiences, some good, some not. Find your sweat spot( so to say), and enjoy it.

I really enjoy emailing back and forth, for a couple of days because it does the same to me-absolutely every time....Yaaaayyy for me!   I think appointments that are made in advance always fill both parties with extreme anticipation. Just some Grace Food For Thought.

;-)

It is always about the Journey not the Final Destination. With that attitude you will find much more satisfaction!! Just my 2.5 cents.
