CIM is included. But I guess it's not official or anything since the definition of GFE varies a lot already.

Generally, I take it to mean GFE plus extra stuff that a GF wouldn't normally do, which of course could vary.  One agency in particular offers GFE Plus which includes rimming and CIM but no greek.  "Greek upgrade" is another popular term and sometimes you get "fetish friendly" which I interpret as "anything goes" and can result in difficulty sitting down when you get back to the office. Hehehe.

At least for us, it means everything else is available but, greek.  Cim, rimming etc.  If a young lady offered GREEK I do believe she should get extra for it.    Can't speak for everyone just us.  Hope that helps!
