dead.  Statistics can be so misleading.  So the accountant is asked the question, what is 1+1?  Answer... what do you want it to be.  So the statistician is asked the same question.  She answers, which politician is paying for the study?  So then a provider is asked the same question.... So ladies and gentlemen, what is your answer to 1+1 today?

Could it be possible that the "Anti-Prostitution" researcher had an outcome in mind before beginning her research.  It doesn't seem that it would be that difficult to design this study to generate the types of responses needed to produce the desired results.  Twisting of answers on these types of studies is all too common.
