Agencies are usually better responding to you. Also, even if a girl is new but you can read the reviews of other girls from that agency here, you are more confident in going ahead and finalizing the appointment.

In any case, please make sure they are legitimate (and not a trap) by ensuring they are well-reviewed!

After the big Dunwoody agency bust a few years back, I'm done with agencies.

I can think of two in Atlanta, but didn't think that there were any more.

Ever since reading about how Dunwoody PD had cameras installed in the rooms and in the parking lots, I have only used independents. No one--not the providers or the hobbyists-- knew what was going on until it was too late. Prior to this, I preferred agencies because you could always see a provider if you had the time. On the flip side, independent's can be hit and miss depending on the personality/character of the provider.  

I'm doing research on countries where hobbying is legal and seriously considering a move. Lower prices, hundreds of ladies to choose from, requirements for regular health testing, and no fear of being arrested for being two consenting adults doing what consenting adults do.  

What's not to love?

Not sure if you would classify them as an agency, but there are still several Latina Spas in Atlanta.  Probably because a lot of the girls speak limited English.
