Haven't you seen the procedure where they stretch the scalp and then lop-off a bald spot ...

Well, he's just done the stretching part ... now he'll do a little nip'n'tuck and have a ... nice long and thick ...

Okay, maybe not, but it was a thought ... I guess he could get some plastic surgery done and it wouldn't look as bad as it does ... maybe ...
