if hobbyists should be able to comment in the Photo Theme threads. I say no. I like the theme threads uninterrupted. I can click on "flat" and scroll down the pictures and enjoy.
Is it a big deal if comments are allowed? No. To me it's not worth discussion. Allow comments or don't. I'll still enjoy the pics. ...and No, the implementation of this rule did not effect my weekly life.
