Hello HOTlanta!

I have a photoshoot coming up early--mid September (see my website), and would love some dining suggestions . I usually stay in Buckhead, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking forward to exploring a new to me area of Atlanta! ;-)

…casual dining and great food a nice spot is Roasters on Lenox. Not fancy. But locals love it for a reason.

If you’re flying in and out then I have an additional recommendation. Very convenient to Hartsfield International is a restaurant named Malones. The gumbo they serve might be the best in the city. It’s casual. I usually just sit at the bar.

casual fare in a unique setting, then check out The Vortex. They have some of the most unique burgers in the city and a comedy club. Or if you're looking for a more upscale vibe with a wide variety menu, try 5Church. This location has a rooftop and events on select weekends. Good luck on your photoshoot!

Hello Steph,

If you like Persian, I highly recommend Rumi's. Right on Peachtree Street, and the food is great.  

For burgers, I like Cyress Street Pint and Plate. They used to have those burgers with donut buns.  

Another nice place is Apres Diem. Good food and laid back atmosphere. Enjoy your trip!
