What's the deal with Hi Tokyo. I text them at 770-685-0899, and they don't respond.

It could be that "stuff happened", and they were effectively out-of-the-office for a day or two. On a separate note, I never could get past verification, since their acceptable references and my available references didn't matched up, and they were unwilling to accept alternative forms of verification. Unfortunately, it's their loss.

Could you be a little more specific as to where & how the difficulties arose? We'd appreciate know what we'd have to go through to be seen. Thanks.
