Who in the hell are you? what books have you written? That was a most perfect way for me to feel better and I thank you for that inspiration. I will have to find a way to keep that in my heart.
So far I only respond to post--I never start them. Your way of putting thoughts into words is special.

I've been doing a lot of looking inwards of late.  The words above mirror much of that introspection.  I think I may be able to sum it up not quite so eloquently by saying "Take 5 minutes, think of your past, think of the present, nod your head 'yes' and recognize all those good things that you have experienced, all the good things in your life, and all the good things yet to come, and brush away all that is negative in one swoop"
