One option for getting Cialis getting diagnosed with an enlarged prostate (BPH).  Cialis "for daily use" has been approved for treatment of BPH giving the S/O no reason to be alerted ;) .  Also try the "Female Condom", more like BB in feeling.

Ok, so here's my issue.  I've got a touch of ED.  Sometimes it's plenty hard, sometimes it starts out hard and quickly turns into a semi.  This is most often the moment I switch from BBBJ to CFS, the condom doesn't just reduce sensitivity it knocks the wind out of my sails.  Or if I switch positions middle of session, but am already over heated, then I'm liable to lose it.

acking pertinent data - age, fitness level - I'm making some pretty big assumptions here, but here goes!

I really think the tendency for men to have these kinds of issues correlates pretty well with the woeful lack of fitness and tendency to be overweight in modern America; it definitely significantly affect sexual performance. My advice - again, assuming things here based on common tendency - is to simply lose some weight and get in shape. It will work wonders.

I had allowed myself to get pretty heavy (230lbs at 6'1") up until I was 41, wound up pre-diabetic by 42, AND wound up needing cardiac bypass surgery the same year (the medical term for this is "fucked up"). As I recovered, I prioritized fitness and diet, and 5 years later (I'm 47) I perform better sexually than I did 6-7 years ago.

I make sure to get in an hour of exercise daily (about half cardio, half strength-training), and mix in days of hiking, cycling and so on when I can. (I played basketball every morning at the Y for awhile, but I've gotten away from that... need to get back to it!) I do a (mostly) gluten-free and dairy-free diet, and just generally eat clean and healthy. I think anyone should be able to devote an hour daily to simply using their body (less oppressive than calling it fitness). I see my rotation of fave girls about 3-4 hours a week as well, so that's exercise, too.

Performance-wise, I can reliably pop twice in an hour (and a few years ago I sometimes had difficulty popping once, as you describe), as well as in "stressful fucking environments" like a strip club VIP room. Good times!

Totally agree, my fitness sucks, and needs to be better.

More facts, since people keep asking: I'm 6'2, 270lbs, 40 years old with a resting hear rate of 57bpm, and blood pressure is great.  Doctor says my heart is very strong and efficient, my carotid arteries have been ultrasounded and they are as clear as any 20 year old's, amazingly even my cholesterol is only on the high side of normal.  My blood glucose test does need some attention, however.  BTW, once every couple of weeks I wake up a very hard one, so it does work, just not that well on command.

All that said, I'm fat, and currently not at a good level of fitness.  I will say this problem started 40lbs ago, and is only getting worse.  Although, I have dropped weight before and cardio trained and did not get significant erectile performance gains.

I have every intention of dropping weight and working out, soon.  However, I will be doing all this fucking next week, and even a juice cleanse is not going to get me to fighting weight:)  At this point I am just looking to get "taped up" so I can get back in the game coach!

Actually I would suggest you try Cialis instead of Viagra, the effects are longer lasting, the side effects less severe, and it won't interfere with your ability to cum as much as Viagra.

Then when you get back home, lug your fat ass to the gym. lol (sorry, I have a reputation to uphold, I can't offer helpful advice with at least a small "zinger")

BTW you might try cutting the tabs in half, or even in thirds if all you really want is a bit of help in recovery time. The less you use the less it will interfere in your ability to cum. I sometimes take Cialis when I know I am going to go on a fuck fest. Of course my definition of a "fuck fest" is to see four or five women a day, and even at my "advanced age" of 55, about a third of a tab of Cialis will usually do the trick for me. Multi-Mineral - Zinc and Potassium are your naughty bits' friends, but Calcium Iron and Magnesium are also needed in a Beer and Burger world.

More importantly than supplemental pills are the foods that contain these things naturally - Greens and Fruits.

You're probably looking more short-term... so Cialis for daily use, especially with your SO. "There are two types of men in the world - those with Prostate problems, and those who will have prostate problems." - my MD Easy enough to explain to anyone.

Can't speak to the efficacy of Cialis, but if the makers can afford to run ads with 2 bath tubs (biggest WTF in advertising ever - IMO), they must be making a profit and helping folks out.

to set up an appointment with urologist. ED is caused by many things. Sometimes it is you blood sugar level, cholesterol, etc. If it is diabetes, then simply going on diabetes medication will solve the problem.

You can also go to GP and get a complete blood work done. Tell the doc your ED issue so they can as for complete blood test.  

I am talking from my own experience. I wen to the urologist, did a blood test and then he referred me to a GP to get a complete physical.

Amateur advise is only going to make it worse.

it was more mental in my case....sometimes just being generally nervous with a new person...sometimes it was too much time going by between a BJ and applying a wrapper and not being revved up.  So i learned how to immerse myself into the situation.  Thankful it wasnt ED -- but i do attribute it to getting a little older.

In terms of how to get it up/keep it up:  immerse yourself in the moment (as you get older its more mental stimuli than physical) .... only see people that are your prototype until you can find 'the force mentality' to keep it up if you want to experiment with other people that arent your go-to types.  Also if you have a 'hot spot' -- tell your partner to focus on that (place you like to be kissed...licked...etc -- whatever revs you up).  Also if you have a position that really rocks your boat -- make those your go to areas.

For what you are planing - honestly, you need to consider pharmaceutical assistance....  Of course, you could always use a cock ring which works pretty well if you can get it up but can't keep it up.  Some providers keep disposables on hand....  

Getting viagra without causing personal issues is easier than you think.  I have a similar situation. My Doctor is also my wife's Doctor.  Haven't had sex with her since 2010 and maybe a dozen times since the Clinton administration.....

Then of course the is a product called Wood-E which can be purchased OTC and probably contains a Viagra analog not declared on the label. IMO it works better than C or V. and your wife won't know.

Eat watermelon.  Seriously.  It hydrates and contains amino acids that help with circulation.  I have no issues but find the enhancing effects very satisfying.  Tomatoes may help also.  Disclaimer:  I really like the fresh-fruit watermelon slushes at Quickly on Buford 3-4 times a week, so it may take consuming a little more than average to get the desired effect.
