I hire differently than others and really cant tell you what happens anywhere else. I choose to work with Proffessionals and not brand new Young flash in the pans... I do not take very many new  clientele as Ive got mine :) :) . The ones I do though will have a pedigree that is stellar or I let it pass me by, not all money is Good Money.
So, in essence what that means is that here youre going to see the same faces over and over so IF you cant not leave them with the desire to return.. Then youre Doomed here. I never tell anyone what to do as by the time they get to me ...They know what theyre doing. Now Im not saying that I never hire a fresh new face..I do.... But theyre usually friends with one of my girls that has given them the scoop :) Sometimes they work out great and sometimes ya get a Klunker .... Easy to figure them out quickly as they will not have repeats and then they are POOF Gone :) .. Reviews are a wierd thing I dont get very many...? Maybe its because I dont buy them or have a hobbyist in my pocket that reviews for me.
Most of my reviews are good! That is because the ladies are Good :)

Now thats how it happens with me :) I speak for none else :)

Board seems relatively quiet so thought I'd just mention something I've observed for a very long time to see if anyone has any comments.  As I watch reviews I've noticed that for the most part that girls at a given agency tend to have similar reviews.  For example, the girls at xyz agency tend to have stellar reviews, at abc agency they are not so stellar but still very good, still at a couple agencies the girls tend to all have reviews that essentially suck.  Now, there are sometimes exceptions in all cases, but by and large that's the way it seems to shake out.

Now the punch line comes when I see that an agency where the girls tend to have sucky reviews, seems to have no problem attracting new girls who imo look great, but like those before them, their reviews tend to fall in line with the sucky reviews of others at the same agency.

I wonder why that is.  Do agencies set rules for the expectations or do's and don'ts of their girls and thus the girls sucky reviews are the result of how they have been told to perform.  Just curious idle thinking on my part but it does seem strange.

Then we could have an honest. (brutally honest) discussion about the various agencies in town.

I mean after all, isn't that what TER is all about, but hang on a second. Let me go get some popcorn

I see the potential.... LOL .... I have my own wine and popcorn on standby just in case...

GaGa and I went and got popcorn. You've got to turn the movie on.

Perhaps, there is a sort of informal training process that takes place from one provider to another or more likely as a result of the culture created from the agency operator.

In some agencies, the culture is to generate as much repeat business as possible by treating the client with respect and making the experience the best, most connected and interactive as it can possibly be.  In this case, new providers are shown how best to meet or exceed the clients expectations in ways great and small.

At other agencies, the mindset may be to do whatever you can to fleece each and every client for all that you can get right now or to get away with as much as possible or finish as quickly as possible.  In this setting, the client gets no respect at all.  Consequently, no respect is returned to the provider.  This results in a downward spiral because the client quality drops as reputation is developed and therefore there is little incentive to revise the culture and provider performance to the clients benefit.

A smart agency operator works hard to generate a culture of high expectations from all providers involved.  They work equally hard to insure a higher standard of etiquette for clients.  In this atmosphere, an expectation exists on the part of both client and provider that the experience will be of high quality with mutual respect and pleasure.  These mutual expectations reinforce one another and lead to a stellar agency reputation.

It is really no different from other businesses.  The business environment as created by the owner dictates to a very large extent whether there will be an emphasis on quality of client experience and mutual respect or not.  Businesses who emphasize quality and consistently meet expectations while treating clients with respect don't have to work nearly as hard to generate business.  They are flooded with repeat business and referrals.  On the other hand, poor client experiences lead to no repeats and no referrals.

Just my two cents.  Interesting original post.  Thanks PW.
