I personally find the post offensive.  Freudian says maybe because it wasn't an agency girl???!?  WTF?  The post was very clear.  A local agency had been busted. Frankly get sick and tired of the drama hounds on this board. I've been outted to my family and had to quit hobbying for a very long time.  Posts of busts and provider's attempting to blackmail without merit are foolish and cause panic to men and women alike. I know my ass puckered for a moment. If you don't have the facts straight, STFU.

You know what people. I tried to make the members here alert for a recent Bust here in Atlanta. Until Yesterday I had no further information to give except what I knew. For those that backchanneld me, I told them it is my understanding of whom it was. I tried not to name ANY AGENCY HERE ON THE BOARD for fear of hurting their business. Therfore I didn't, others here took it upon themselves to then post such information, please point fingers there way. I will be happy to list them out. So for those of you whom backchanneled me and the agency I told you about. It turned out to be another smaller organization. So again My apologizies as I didn't find this out till around 10 pm yesterday.  Thank you for understanding and please except my apology and in the future when I find out about some information I will be not only more careful but less likely to post about it.

It is what "makes" a person in a HUGE way...

I am "sure" your apology is well meant...
but sometimes it is very hard to get that toothpaste back in the tube.

When dealing in the subject matter of what you decided to post about... it is best to "KNOW THE FACTS"

Assumptions... well, you can tell by recent responses (or the lack of) that many have chosen not to associate with those who would spread such malicious rumors (as that is EXACTLY what happened)

I hope the Agency that was attacked can find some relief in knowing that you sir... "are sorry"

Remember people... once you "put it out there... it's there!!"

Yes pretty lady,  just what I meant by calling for the "BUS". It is heavy and it WILL run over you whether you have good intentions or not.  Just have to really think about what and how you say things to people you really do not know and telling something before you really know the facts.   BTW,  miss ya pretty lady, you need to show up sometime!  (GRIN)

By not naming any agency, you cast doubt on ALL agencies.  And, by casting such doubt - you potentially hurt ALL of their business.  And you should have known that given the number of reviews you have made.

As for the info you back-channeled, I will let those that received it first hand from you address those specifics, or lack thereof.  

And now you post that you were incorrect "in what you knew", above another post asking if any ladies want to help you celebrate your birthday - we all know sh-t happens, but one thing is clear - you sir, have balls.  Oh, and I am sure the title of this thread is going to go over equally well.

posting ambiguous and unsubstantiated bullshit is inexcusable where it comes to anything as serious as an agency being busted.

The Atlanta providers and agency owners may feel a need to be magnanimous where a well established hobbyist is concerned, but I don't feel any such need to be polite. His "negative reaction" was well deserved and I hope everyone is "deterred" from posting information as inflammatory as his without being 100% certain of the facts.

You have no right to mess with the livelihoods of these women without being damn sure you have "your fucking facts straight". Fugly stated it the best you don't have the right to "yell fire in a crowded movie theater" words have consequences and the consequences of your words were to throw the entire community into an uproar and negatively impact the pocketbooks of ladies already suffering from a down economy.

You owe the ladies a lot more than the half assed apology you issued, someone who has been around as long as you should know better. and there are no "lols" in my post, there is nothing funny about this.

It's Ritalin.  Riddlin is for posting rumors and riddles.  Seems appropriate all things considered.

Fact - you messed up.  Some will accept your apology and some won't.  As for me - I really would prefer you not post anymore warnings since, without malice, I wouldn't trust them.  As for those that won't accept what "you" consider to be an apology - remember, "you" put yourself out there by "your" posts.  My advise is don't make it worse by digging deeper, the water table just isn't that deep.

We find out you made wrong assumptions, made false accusations privately in emails and you claim you have set the record straight by sending out emails stating it was not the agency you first thought it was. I can't speak for others but I haven't received anything from you setting the record straight. As the moderator for nearby communities I wanted to know who it was.
Your left handed apology may be good enough for this community but let me ask you if you have contacted the agency you falsely accused and apologized directly to them.

Your apology might be acceptable to those of us who didn't lose any revenue because of your post, but those ladies who lost a days pay because of your ill advised "warning", might have a totally different take on the situation.

Was the way the agency owner's banded together. For years it's seemed some agencies attempted to "one up" the other. I noticed more posts by all agencies in an effort to show they hadn't been the one caught up in the rumor.

I for one am glad to see them sticking together rather than working against each other. After all, we're all here for the same reason.

If you know what really happened, you will know that an agency was not busted.  Plain and simple.  I will not name names only because I know the story second hand.  On top of that, it is not my place to say.

Sure, the OP claimed that it was an agency.  Hell, the OP had good reason to think that it was an agency.  However, the OP did not have all the facts.

If you read the original thread, you can figure out where the fingers were pointing to.  Fortunately, they were pointing to the wrong place.  That is all there is to it.
