Great concept but from marketing point of view, controversy brings in more traffic which is the objective of the site.
Moreover, do not become too dependent on any one site which gives them too much power. Say what you have to say, let the local community know and move on.When is it enough? There have been many many pots as these over the past couple of years that I didn't include because IMHO these are quite enough. AND with the outing of a provider in PM.. That was a nono before. Is it not now?
Can you see how much of a disruption he is and has changed the board immensely. Not for the better I might add.
Is there some way we can have a poll like you guys do sometimes but here for the ATL board and lets see if hes wanted or NOT. I would guess it would have to be just an ATL thing as many may hop on the free speech bandwagon with no knowledge.
Is that possible.. OR to make a poll. Make is like a sticky on top with one weeks voting time. Then that's it.. Hes either here or Banished. We can show who votes and no alias's allowed. is i agree with you entirely...instead of a for or against poll, i think the appropriate thing (because not everyone has the same taste and i can think of a few others over the years who have been equally regpugnant) is to see if there are any providers (with at least 5 reviews) or hobbyists (with at least 5 reviews) on here that would be against it...just my two cents
Like I said.. A poll OR Something... so that we can find out how people really feel and get rid of or were stuck with.. however they do it is fine with me

Something tells me the administration will not allow the proposed poll -- citing limiting opinions or whatever. Maybe as a more practical matter, there should be a widespread effort among those offended by this guy, to "ignore user", so that while he still is free to be himself, you are not privy to his utterances.
I have sent them proof and I got a warning. I am sorry but telling folks a ladies real name AGAIN is terrible but trust me if people dont like it I will get in trouble so this is all useless as absolutely nothing will happen to him but instead I get a warning. Yes I have said some things to him but he has offered sspecials on my behalf, threatened me, outted me etc and now others have come forward.

I am already moderated for speaking to the POS so I guess there is not one thing I can do about him doing anything. This board no longer is for us and I can not tollerate someone putting my safety at risk!

Regarding providers determining any parameters or policies on TER, they already have and the last 2+ years are evidence of that.
As far as the rest of your rant, you need to sit down and take a good hard look at yourself and your behavior before chastising others. In addition, don't lump yourself in with "other hobbyists".
