This is my last word on this subject.  But what is the deal with this new trend of telling the ladies that they should just accept things and NOT try and defend themselves through means OTHER than screening?  Why are those guys saying that trying to DISARM these women of means that can and will save their lives?  Yes, I see one of their worst case scenarios...a choice between death or jail.  But isn't life always the better choice?  I, for one, would choose jail over death!  Ladies, it is your life and your choice.  I've said my piece in all my other posts.  But just know, do what you are comfortable with concering your very precious life!  To the guys trying to keep these women defenseless...just know the only people you are helping are yourselves and the people meaning harm to these wonderful ladies.  'Nuff said.
