I could use a few good men to help me around my house a bit...Since my neighborhood is definitely in the Renaissance stage of the neighborhood life cycle(my wonderful new appraiser lingo...  I would like to fix a few things.  I do need someone to help me with my lawn, and really need to replace the bulbs in my ceiling fans...if you have seen the inside of my place, you know why...;-p  I will give a discount for future use in a session, from $25-$75; dependent on how you assisted me...Any takers, please send me an email.  Also, I would like to put up a privacy fence, and need some ideas on how best to do it economically...
