Hobbyists:

Posts that are simply station "X(name) is back for blah(dates)"
is acceptable. Posts though stating ways to contact her, that she had told him how to inform people to contact her. In this case considered posting an ad.

Posting an announcement is fine as long as they don't include contact or rate info and as long as they don't ask people to prebook.

If you do that, you are posting an ad & that will not fly.

And of course the usual, nothing slandering, abusive, insulting.

Providers:

The basic rules which I have posted many times over; but felt should be reviewed a little more in detail.

If you post an ad & want to change oyur special/make an announcement regarding your services; do NOT make another ad/post regarding that as if it concerns your services (unless canceling, illness... etc) then it will be removed as posting another ad within 7 days. What you can do though, is add to your current post. And as long as you are posting within your own thread that you originally posted then it is not considered double ad posting.

1. All ads must include a TER approved link at the end of the post. An approved link will point to one of three places: A TER reviewed website (you must have a TER Banner or Site Review logo on the first or second page), your TER review profile or an ad on an Escort Mall. Any ad posts not meeting this requirement will be deleted.

2. You may post links at the end of your posts, as long as they meet the same criteria as the link for an ad.

3. You may post only one ad every 7 days. You may post clarifications and reminders under the same thread as the original ad without breaking the 7 day rule.

I've looked closely at all the TER usage and discussion board policies, and I can't find anyplace where it says that we hobbyists can't post information on the board about the ladies.

I'm not talking about ad posts; that's a different story. But hobbyists posting messages that state "look who's in town, here's her contact info" has always been an accepted practice in the past on the Atlanta TER discussion board and elsewhere, and I can see no valid reasons it should change.

quite a few policys on TER arent written, but are passed along to moderators & we then deal with them on our local boards.

i am sorry if you dont see the reasoning for this, however, it is something that is in place. I have contacted both GND & Staff am awaiting a responce for full clarification on the matter.

Just curious - I don't read this board much, but what's the difference between an ad and a post? Is there a section of ads somewhere on this site that I have been missing?

Ads are placed by providers or employees of the providers on the board to advertise their service. they sometimes run specials, announce they are visiting, etc..

a regular post or atleast the context in which your question is framed, is a post by a hobbyist letting people know that a paticular provider is in town.
