What would you like to know?

I've been a TER moderator since April 2002. I currently also moderate the Boston and Newbie boards. I'm 43 years old. I live about 10 minutes from Boston and I only pretend to be a nice guy.

As to your question "Why is the board fully moderated now?" I'm not sure what you mean. Many people who post here are unmoderated. I haven't changed anyone from unmoderated to moderated. If that's happened to anyone recently, it was done before I started here. If I'm still moderating this board over the next few weeks, I will start unmoderating people. The more you post, the quicker I will get to know you and the quicker you may be switched to unmoderated status. Maybe it looks like the board is fully moderated because I tend to get involved more. I try not to interrupt the threads but I like to add my 2 cents now and then. I also like to share info about TER (like this thread). Hey, I'm supposed to be here to help. Besides, I have to do something to justify my big salary.
