Even though I wasn't born in Georgia, it is for sure the place I will always call "home". My visit was a huge success in many ways and am thankful for that.

I arrived Friday late afternoon and was immediately greeted by the ever so sexy Candace! Not much else could top that welcome!
I was fortunate to spend a little time with my Waffle House friend and to be able to see him was like picking up where I left off when I left. Good laughs and being around a family friend.....

Saturday was the ALS walk for JW. Although he was terribly saddened to see that the support for him was  nothing compared to last year, we showed up, walked the walk and enjoyed a great reunion with his friends and family. Having lost and SO myself this past year, it was espcially emotional and important for me to try in whatever way I could to help fight this disease and find a way to find a way to stop it. JW is an amazing friend and he inspires me to keep going and not lose faith in life.

Sunday was a great day and so was Monday for lots of reasons! One appointment actually got so naughty we pulled the headboard right off the wall (tee hee hee)! Monday night was an amzing and surprisingly special time with a very special gent. It was a night and morning I'll never forget....

Tuesday, was the day to go back to LA but not before having a great lunch with some delightful men and an old friend. BK, thank you for taking me, DB, thanks for the invite and great to see the other gents there too!  Off to the airport and back to my home by the sea....

To the few of you I missed seeing, let's try again when I come back. If you are ever out my direction, all you have to do is call and I'll be there.......there's a song in there somewhere... lol

Lunch was better than I ever dreamed it would be because you were sitting directly across from me.  When I agreed to meet BK, I didn't know you would be a part of the group.  I am sure you could tell I was pleased when you joined us.

I am glad you made it home okay.  I wish you had been in town a little longer te-he.

I still don't have the e-mail thing fixed yet, but it looks as if the undesirables have stopped sending messages to The War Department - lol.

I hope to see you on your next trip "home".

Yeah I know I looked like hell.  But thanks for your company.  I felt like a retard going to lunch in my PJ's.  I hope you had a fun trip.....sounds like you had a good time.  I wish I had some luck right now......see you back in Cali.
