How do block a person from sending emails to you?
I know we have this feature but I can not figure it out...

For TER PM, you put their handle on your ignore list.  Just be advised that you will also not see board posts from people on your ignore list too (as long as you are logged in to TER.)

If you are asking about email, that depends on who you use for emails.  I think I am right, but I am 100 percent sure that others will correct me if I am wrong.

When you read a PM from a person, you have an 'ignore user" button at the bottom right of the PM.  

Emails, as stated earlier, is determined by who you use email with. Most have blocked or trash email functions to use.

Got to email rules/filter, etc., and put in the address and tell it delete the email and you will never see it again. You can do this in Google, Hot Mail, Yahoo and pretty much all email.  

If you are crafty enough you can return the message to the sender with a nasty note and every time he sends you an email he will get it back with your note.
