With the varied BP offerings associated with that number, one wonders if the pimp got a clever way to launder the bad money he got into good.

Those google phone numbers can easily be recycled every 90 days. Perhaps the provider that shows up under this number when you google had the number 1st... only guessing here. This dousche bag didn't appear sharp enough to be a pimp... (i use the word "sharp" loosly)

You can't go by apperance with anything.
