the photo has to be web based if it's not you can upload it to a host site I cn't remember the names of any try google

In the form to post, there is a place at the bottom that reads
"Picture URL"
in that box you put the URL to the image you are wanting to post.
To do so the image must be on a server somewhere so that you have an web adress to point it to.

If you don't have server space, or don't have a space that isn't easily trcked back to you, there are some places that will allow you to host images on their servers to link to, a few are:

http://www.imageshack.us/
http://www.trenzhost.com/
http://www.photobucket.com/


If the image is in an email or on another site you first have to save it to your harddrive (right click > "save image as", and then take note of where you saved it....that will make it easier to find when browsing to upload it    
Upload it to one of the sites listed above, and get the URL for the image.
Then once you have the image's URL just copy it(ctrl+c)and paste it (ctrl+v) into the  "picture URL" box on the post form.
