Well, I think no one has the same taste in people so what might be GFE to you may not be GFE to "Joe or whoever"...In this type circumstance/get together, I would say GFE is what the man chooses or desires his fantasy GF to be like...for all you smart ones it is not laundry and BS...it is the fantasy...It is what he likes!  Personality, Looks, Attitude, sexual appeteite...kissing, caressing, sucking, positions, fast, slow, hard soft...etc.....this is his fantasy.  She should tailor her session to your desires...that is also if she agrees to what you like.

So how do you know if she is right for you!?  Communicate!  You know talk about what you like and what she likes...if  this is important to you she will take the time...if she does not take the time...then guess what!?  She is probably not going to give that GFE you are looking for

everybody says they don't want to dicuss the details of a session, and even more with first time clients so how do you suggest you go about that?

Be polite.   Don't let the first words out of your mouth be "Hey Baby...tell me about your service...do you suck cock and swallow?" Or anything like that.   Introduce yourself...I am so and so and would like to discuss the possiblity of meeting you.  Go on to say you are looking for a GFE encounter and what a GFE encounter means to you....When your done just ask "Do you think we could arrange this type of a date?"  You should get a yes or no.  If a girl sounds bitchy or rushed chances are that is the way the session will go also....If they are too busy to talk nicely on the phone it should be turned off.!
