I looked on their "Blogger" page on they are using fake picture (Where it says "The Tender Girls") but when you click on the photo it takes you to a girl that might look similar (to the untrained eye) to the fake girl's picture. Bait and switch, but the switch is equally as attractive.  

They use a set of stock photos and arrange appointments typically within 24-72 hours after the girl views your profile and decides she can put up with you for the amount of time you request....these are not by the hour girls but more like by the day....they are out of the price range of 95% of all hobbyists and like the previous poster said, it's not quiet the girl in the pictures either.  How it works is they contact providers from around the country and get them to agreeto let this company represent them for "whale" clients where the typical date is $10-15k a weekend and then they broker the deal for a fee, typically 30-40%....this is why most need 2-3 days notice to make the date.  Nothing new, Apres Vous and Renee has been doing something similar to this for years.
