Refractory time ? (Not what you expected is it ?)

No fun, as you age, to see it  go from minutes to hours to now days. What's next , weeks ?

As my PawPaw used to tell me:
At age 20, I could do it all night. (i.e., almost no refractory period)
At 40, it took all night to do it. (erection issues {both obtaining an erection and orgasm}, refractory period increases)
At 60, I had to think about it a few days before. (increased erection issues {both obtaining and releasing}, very long refractory)
At 80, thinking doesn't help. (damn)

Refractory time is variable for me. I'm seeing this trend in myself as I age as I'm now generally a (long) one and done but still have occasions where I maintain (even after a release in the bag) and am able to cum a second (though smaller amount) time with the right lady (and other circumstances - overall health, hydration, etc.).  

Viagra et. al. has changed things. Erection isn't generally an issue for most men now, it's being able to orgasm (more than once, or even once). Many men have discovered the dangerous 4-hour erection because the magic pill for the chemical trigger for orgasm hasn't been found (yet). I do not use Viagra (tried once for laughs, but there were issues with hearing and sight). I've discovered that working out and eating better have solved my issue. Losing a few pounds didn't hurt either.

Physically fit means sexually fit for me.

A buddy of mine gives himself that shot in the penis. I just can't make myself ask the doctor for that. He says that thing will stay hard for a couple of hours. His doctor told him that he probably wouldn't want to walk around the mall for a couple of hours after the injection .

I would guess though it's like viagra or cialis, you still have to get aroused.

Getting that second or third pop is a much different story and the time required is all over the place.

My very best performance in recent past was a couple of years ago where I came three times in about 35 minutes, but unfortunately that was not only an outlier, but a complete aberration that I have not even come close to since.

Keeping in mind that I drink like a fish and I often FUI, I would say on average I take a full hour to "finish" the first time, but that is partly a byproduct of me booking a LOT of one hour dates and I have sort of trained myself to make the most of that time and I can finish much faster than 1 hour when I choose to. The second pop is a different story, I would say on a "well rested, well hydrated, non drunk day with a hot woman who gets my motor running" I still need at least an additional hour before even dreaming of finishing again. A third pop is usually at least a couple of hours down the road and very unlikely to happen through CFS. A third finish without waiting at least 6 hours or so will almost certainly only happen with skin to skin contact, ie BBBJ, HJ, or BBFS..

Like most guys my age, condoms most definitely cut down on sensitivity and if we are talking about finishing strictly through CFS, I doubt I am good for more than twice a day at my "advanced age" It seems like only yesterday I was seeing 4-5 chicas every single day in Costa Rica, It sucks getting old, but it does beat the alternative

Yeah, you still have a chubby if you're not aroused. You can vary the duration of the erection by dosage. The four hour limit is to prevent a priapism, whether with pills, injections, or other methods. If you want to gross yourself out, do a little research on how priapisms are treated in ER.

I am 66, and like Kosh, maintaining an erection is not the problem.  However, I usually cannot cum with CFS anymore, but BBBJ always does the trick.  Need usually at least an hour or longer before I am ready for round two.

if i have taken little blue pill, an hour or so for usable erection, but i probably won't be able to climax.  little blue pill or not, usually 24 hour minimum between orgasm.  but hey, at 63 I will take what I can get.

Yep I talked with a doc friend I know about the injections.  They will get you hard, very hard quickly and you will stay that way for an hour or more, regardless of whether you cum or not. So, you can go again quickly if you want.  I do not know whether it will help you have another orgasm or not, but you could definitely try and also at the same time please the lady with it.  They use a diabetic needle and a special injector so very little pain they say.  Doc said he only recommends it for those that cannot use Viagra, Cialis, etc.  Many users are diabetic, which causes havoc with your penis, including loss of length, difficulty getting and maintaining an erection, etc.  Also, he says you cannot do multiple injections in a day and you cannot use if you are using Viagra, etc.  

I decided to stay with the little blue pill.

I can't get an usable erection if two of the following things are not there:
1. the lady is beautiful in MY eyes and 2. I feel that she 'truely' wants me!
This was the case even when I was 20 years younger ... lol!

If these are met, then I can be ready in 10 min or so for cup 1. Exception: 1 trumps 2 lot of times; but 2 never trumped 1 for me ... lol! Here is a twist .. if 1 is met, then the prsence of 2 helps with cup 2 ... go figure!!!
