I love traveling to work in Atlanta. My  over 40 ATF down there recently retired; tears. She has a few UTR ladies that may fit your needs and she has always been very helpful to me.
There are many great options in the upper 30's. Just do a TER review search using 35-45 as an age range and I'll bet you find at least a dozen 8+ options. It's a great town with some really fantastic ladies.

I don't think she's quite 40 but I can't recommend Heather highly enough.  I've enjoyed her company a few times.
