Should I consider a non-review (on ANY review site) a potential red flag?

What about when trying to find information on a provider and you find Zero results when Google 'ng the phone number?

if no results from both TER and google, then it's bad news.  you could always call and get a feel on the phone with the provider and see...

Before I stumbled across TER in Feb. 08, I had several meetings w/ ladies on Eros-Atlanta, and some were just not a GFE as represented.

I don't think I would pursue any provider that is non-reviewed and no info on phone # when searched on google.  Just doesn't sound leigitimate.  Also, look at what you have to select from on TER, its absolutely mind boggling, hell I want to hobby everyday!

it is probably someone to avoid for a newbie at least. All providers were at one time unreviewed, but it is best to wait until you've been at this for a while before TOFTT.

You might also try the newbie board, which is listed as "FAQ for Newbies" fopund right below General Discussion on the left hand side of the your page. There are many helpful people, both providers and hobbyists to answer your questions.
