I've never experienced sex with a lady using a female condom, but am interested. I've heard pros and cons. What's been your experience ?

Had a gal in Las Vegas use one-I liked it much better than a regular cover.  If nothing else it offers the illusion of nothing !

Are good for older gents or anyone that may have some level of ED.  They also can come in handy for doubles as it allows quick switching between ladies.  
Increased sensitivity for the guy (fc's feel great from a guy's perspective) as you get much more friction than with a male condom.

FC cons  
Can be difficult to find in local stores.  Not sure why this is (especially in a city the size of ATL), but they can be ordered online.  
Are more a good bit more expensive than male condoms.  
Require the use of lube (on the male side of the fc).  
Can be difficult to insert for inexperienced or small ladies.  Although can be a fun team sport - if you have something long and hard to help insert it.    
Reduced sensitivity for the lady.  
Most ladies think they aren't very sexy looking which can spoil the mood a bit.  
Oral on the lady isn't possible with the fc inserted so you have to plan oral activities around that.

In my case it was more of a mental thing, I think. Just the sight of the outer ring of the FC made me a little weirded out. I won't be trying it again.

Yes, the correct type of lube and ENOUGH of it is critical, as well as no twisting of the condom.  Internally, the condom should essentially settle into the walls of the vagina comfortably and the INNER RING is designed to hold the back end of the condom back against the cervix to hold it open.  I have a tiny pussy so I usually have trouble with one-size-fits-all type of vagina products, but for some reason I find that the FC2 actually fits into me perfectly fine.  Lots of lube is necessary because you don't want the condom to cling to your penis and slide in and out with your cock.  If the female condom is moving in and out of the vagina and clinging to your cock, you're doing it WRONG and it won't feel as good for either party.  The key is to use lots of nice thick lube so that the cock can slide easily and it can be nice and wet in there, like it would be if you were barebacking.  Once the condom gets pressed into all the lady's crevices and the lube and condom both warm up to your body temperatures, it really stops feeling like the condom is there at all and starts to feel close to barebacking.  I've had LOTS of guys check to make sure the condom is still there.  It always is- it's just warmed up and stuck to the inside of my pussy and not to their cock, and their cock is deliciously wet, so it just feels like there is no condom.  Such a brilliant invention!  

Cool thing about FC2's is they FEEL more like barebacking (when used correctly) but they are actually SAFER than regular-style condoms.  The extra bit of the condom hanging out, although weird looking, does reduce skin-to-skin genital contact which just reduces your chances of catching a lot of skin-to-skin transmitted STI's, many of which regular condoms do nothing to protect us from.  So making the switch to FC2's overall may just reduce your risk by a bit.  Someone mentioned reduced sensation for the ladies, but I don't agree with that at all.  The sensation of a condom aggressively rubbing back and forth on me is not something I enjoyed or miss now that I use FC2's.  Since the condom stays in place, I can focus on enjoying the sensations of having something slide in and out of me without the annoyance of a rubbery condom rubbing back and forth and causing unwanted friction on my sensitive areas.  I don't feel reduced sensation, in fact I enjoy extended periods of fucking significantly more than I used to now that I have switched to FC2's.  Regular condoms used to start annoying me after like 10-15 minutes.  So for me it only reduced UNPLEASANT sensations and kept all the sensations I love.

You actually CAN do oral with an FC2 in if you're just wanting to work on her clit.  Just move the condom to the side!  Now most lubes taste nasty and you do need to use lube the the FC2, but the lube I use is totally flavorless in case I want to put my guy's cock back in my mouth after he is inside me (in all that lube inside the condom).  It must also be the right thickness for the feeling of barebacking with the FC2 because it often feels that way when I use them.  The lube is called Sliquid Sassy.  Sliquid is the brand, Sassy is the formula, with the pink label.  Fancy sex toy stores have them in bottles and packets usually.  Don't get the fancy organic kind or the kind with stuff added, just the regular Sliquid Sassy with the pink label.  It's designed for assplay, supposedly, but I actually use it for everything BUT assplay...  and it really has ZERO flavor.  Try it~ I love it!

Never had any issues with them, once well placed and lubed feel pretty close nothing at all. I do know one lady who has mastered the art of using them for travel to foreign lands and can switch you back and forth without intermediate condom changes. Are they attractive? nope. But to me that is the only "drawback" as such and it doesn't bother me in the least.

There is a HUGE outer ring that protects the pussy and I have never had those kind of issues with FCs.  I love them if you're having problems with bare pussy hitting a bare cock it's not being used properly.
