Check through some Flickr accounts. There were some Star Sapphires (DC comics Green Lantern series) who were simply stunning. Also, some Orion slave girls (Star Trek), anime girls, and some Steampunk girls that were ultra sexy.

Sexiest Sci-Fi babe?  Inara Serra (Morena Baccarin), the Companion from 'Firefly'/'Serenity'. The actress is now on 'V' but I liked her better with long hair.  Always carries herself with such grace. Truly, the ultimate Companion.

Local Lady as a sci-fi character?  
Aura Mira Light (retired) would be a great "Storm" (X-Men).
