Just as well, I've never felt comfortable with agencies anyway. All over the country you read about agencies getting busted and LE finding records of clients.

Ok, first, it was voluntary, nobody forced you to fill it out. Second, it was something ER was doing to be nice; get some info for them, and return the favor by giving $100 back. They didn't have to give anything away. Third, unless it took all day to fill out, or was some untoward hardship, what's the big deal about filling out a survey? Finally, ER made it clear not everyone would qualify. Monica was only giving out a certain number of $100 off sessions, first-come basis, so maybe you weren't included b/c of that. Also, one qualification was that you had to have at least 10 reviews, and had to have seen an ER provider in the recent past. I see no reviews by your name, assuming that you're not using an alias, that right there would've disqualified you. It definitely was not a scam. I suggest next time you get more facts before you just call someone out.

I just checked My email and the survey and My email to see if I did leave someone out.

The deal was this I selected 20 people to fill out the survey, only 17 responded and 17 people filled out the survey.

The survey specifies only first names, which it did not matter to Me if you put in a a real first name or not, the survey does not ask for a number, it did ask for an email so I could send you your $100 off information.

OK, so I checked the form then checked My sent email which sent out Tuesday, May 19, 2009 5:46 PM.  In cross reference to the survey there were 17 people who filled it out and I sent 16 emails the 1 person who did not receive an email was lazydog, why you ask because I talk to the fugger 2 to 4 times a week and the Batard I know for a fact already used his $100 off before I went out of the country, along with Nedster and a few others, I know Lazydog's email already by heart so did not send him one.

Mike, if you did not get an email perhaps you should check your bulk.  Personally, I feel that this Mike fellow is just a trouble maker who for some reason is PO'd at Me.

In all honesty I know of all the people that filled out the survey, we in Atlanta are a tight group and I am lucky to have that, only 3 of those that filled out the survey have not used my service before, 2 of the 3 are somewhat known; all 3 that have not used My service are a members of My message board and I find it really hard that someone like Mike would be this nasty to Me and be a member of My board

So My theory, this poster is a phony trying to start trouble, some people are bored and have nothing better to do with their time.

As far as personal info, again like I said, yes it does ask for a first name, I know for a fact many used aliases, second the email addresses are all generic, anyone could of created a new one and no one was forced to use personal email addresses, no one was screened to do this survey, it was basic and in fact is a very discreet survey.

I appreciate the supposrt of the posters in this thread, but like I said this mike person I know did not fill out our survey, if he did then he did receive an email.

A quick note, the survey was a basic survey to help Essential Referrals determine what we can do to help with our customer service.
