1) Never take unnecessary items into the incall. Leave your wallet and cash in the car. Take only your ID and the cash for the session and maybe a tip.

2) For sessions at a hotel, if it has outside parking and the rooms look out onto it, drive around the entire parking lot looking for police-type vehicles and park away from the entrance to the incall so no one can see you walk up. If it is inside parking, check the decks above and below for suspicious cars or activity.

3) This applies to both ladies and gents. If the directions change at the last minute, walk away. This is an easy way to set-up a rip-off or worse.

4) NEVER walk down a dark path, around to the back of any building or down dark hallways. Look for broken light bulbs. It may be a sign that someone is hiding.

5) If someone starts to approach your car when you pull-up, leave immediately.

6) Ladies, do not carry money from one session into the next. Find a way to hide it in the room, get a locked security box at the front desk, or drop it off at your apt/home before.

7) Ladies, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS DO A BACKGROUND CHECK AND GET REFERENCES. THIS MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE.

8) avoid giving out any info regarding work, family, your address or anything else that can give someone the edge in stalking, blackmailing or just wanting to hurt you.

9) If your gut says something is wrong, leave then. Our survival instinct is often the only thing we have to guide us.

10) Think before you act. Your safety is more important than a few $100 or sex.

11) Never meet an "assistant" in the parking lot to do the donation exchange. If you do you might as well just throw $100 bils out the window driving down 400.

Some may say this sounds paranoid but I have never been arrested as a john, never been mugged or robbed going into or coming out of a session, never had money stolen nor has anyone tried to blackmail me.

I have been a long time advocate of safety in this thing we do. It seems like we are seeing an increase in various nefarious activities associated with the hobby. Don't be a victim because you took a short-cut.
