Got to thinking about this.  I guess this applies to indies, but possibly agencies as well.

You go to your email inbox, and you have emails from the following:

1. A 3 hr appointment from someone you've never met or heard of and will have to screen heavily.

2. A 2 hr appointment from someone you've met, but had no chemistry with when you met.

3. A 2 hr appointment from someone you've heard of, but have never met.

4. A 1 hr appointment from someone well known, knows your friends, but you've never met.

5. A 1 hr appointment from someone you've seen several times and enjoy being with so much that you always wind up staying longer than the hr.

In what order to you return the emails to schedule an appointment?

Multiple hours with complete, verifiable information gets the first priority, always. Period. What do you mean by "someone well known" or "someone not known"? By whom? This community?
It doesn't mean one ounce of difference to me. If someone went through the trouble to write a kind, wonderful email and included all his details without attempting to play any games and wasting and wasting and wasting my time...he is THE KING and will be treated accordingly as he deserves!! All others will come second, third and so on..

my regular gents always get first priority ESPECIALLY if we had great chemistry.

A man who I can count on seeing once a week, regardless, gets top priority. Then TER and p411 members next. Afterward, it's pretty much an even playing field.

"One Night Stands" really aren't my thing (LOL!!) Regulars will get priority every time. Sometimes, screening can take some time to complete, so I ask new clients to contact me by email, which keeps me better organized, and I can respond to them when I have heard back from their references. Regulars, however, can call me directly, since the "hard part" is already out of the way.

Sorry, I forgot to elaborate, hence some misunderstood painfully: my style is definitely NOT compatible with those who are looking for a quickie 1 hour bam bam thank you ma'm. That is really not my audience. They wouldn't even notice the difference if they are booking for one hour with me, except the obvious things such as not to blow my own horn but elegance, sophistication, smarts, beauty, attention to details for a superior service, etc. All my regular clientele are the ones who took their time to get to know ME and savor the experience. They are the ones who book me for a weekend, for long trips, vacations, overnights, or at least dinners, etc.
I love it that way. They are my favorites and they get all the priorities in the world.
Otherwise, yes I am saying it openly and honestly without any bs that I wouldn't be in this business.
