I am now Kosher:FDA has given their approval. So if you limit your diet due to food restrictions, consider yourself ok, you can eat without guilt....**until your heart and my craving is satisfied** smile, wink, kiss and a hug.....  Candace

Sounds good!!!!

and Atkins approved.  :-)

(You're definitely Joc13 approved!)

Candace is definately low-carb, but may not be Atkins approved and she doesn't have a high fat content.

She more for us heart healthy guys, low-fat and plenty of cardio!

I'm desperately trying to lose 12lbs. My weakness is bread... just about any kind, as long as it is fresh-baked. I try to eat 50g of protein a day and as little fat as possible. The most important part of being fit is to exercise one's heart i.e. at least 40 min., three days a week. I've been doing that for 22 years. I started as soon as I gave up that filthy habit, smoking.
I feel that I'm lecturing, and I vowed thirty years ago that I would never do that again.
Good eating to all. And, you know who I mean.

Got to love Atkins, 225 to 185 took 3 months to drop and have held that weight for close to a year now =)

~I knew that wouldn't get past you~...  NO I am not on the Atkins regiment. Atkins focuses  on low carb (*basically sugars*) and high protein or complex fat.  I am definitely a complex carb.. as most know I am a sugar junkie. AND I think the fat contents speaks for itself  LOL...  I think I can work around that restriction though, for those of you who are dedicated Atkins, I can just up the work out to help justify the extra  sugar intake. kisses  Candace

Hmmm,, now,, "nailing you" is something that sounds enticing :)

Have you tried "South Beach", a sort of a modified Adkins, but does not cut out carbs completely and even allows you to cheat on occasion. The big problem with me is that it cuts out rice, and I like my sushi with Rice :( But, Its a great life style change.  I've lost 20 lbs

Have really hot and steamy sex with a nice Jewish guy like me.

Mo414

ask my freind Kenya......

Would I strictly adhere to any diet, be it Atkins, South Beach, or whatever, that would restrict the amount of helpings I could have of you, my sweet one.

I need my desserts (just, or not).

As of this morning I was informed of my ignorance about Atkins... it seems it is not fatty foods that make up their diet plan BUT protein from muscular tissue.... **well, ok then!!!!**
So I was corrected now I am informed & enlightened, I guess by that logic I am only a small cheat if you are on Atkins**...   AND Mike, I knew you couldn't resist a comment!!! THANK YOU FOR THE TEASING !!!! kisses Candace

You have it all wrong if you think I was kidding (teasing). I simply could NOT (would NOT) adhere to any diet that would restrict my partaking of your lovliness, your sweetness, your being. It would just be too hard to do. (It's much more fun cheating on a diet once in a while anyway ... I call it a reward for good behavior ...)

So, you think you know me ... (coulnd't resist a comment, could I ??)

Okay, but I'll still be waiting until dessert is served !!
