I guess some are under the impression that I changed everyone's status to moderated when I became moderator here. That's not the case. If I wanted to change everyone's moderation status, I'd have to do it one poster at a time. I'm far too lazy to do that. In fact, I've been trying to unmoderate posters as I get familar with your individual style. It's my goal to unmoderate as many people as possible during my time here. In theory, unmoderating makes it easier for the moderator because (s)he will have less messages to check. On the other hand, when someone is moderated, (again, in theory) nothing slips through. Atlanta is a very active board which is great! The more often people positively contribute to the discussion, the quicker they will become unmoderated.
Happy Tnanksgiving everyone.

P.S. I really wanted the Falcons to beat the Titans yesterday. I guess it really doesn't matter...the Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl anyway.
Growing up, I was a Dallas Fan, yes, America's team all the way till the 90's. Now, I just love watching the game. I gave away an autographed football with Archie Manning on it. It was part of the give away for our ALS walk fundraiser for Sad One. Too bad you didn't know to bid on it.
If the playoffs started today, NFC would have Carolina, Dallas, Philadelphia, Seattle, Minnesota, and St. Louis. AFC would have KCity, Indy, New England, Cincinnati (unbelievable), Miami, and Tennessee.
Of those teams, only St. Louis and Minnesota scare me from the NFC and that is only if those defenses can quit playing like bullfighters (waving as ball goes by).
From the AFC, the only teams that would NOT scare me is Cincinnati and probably Miami. Any of the other four can run the table. The only problem is that they will probably beat each other up.
IMHO, the two teams to fear in the NFC are Philly and Dallas. For Philly, McNabb is playing like a man possessed ever since Rush told him he was under-rated. As for Dallas, Tuna has those guys believing they can do anything... and they have been.
In the AFC, the hottest team right now is Cincy. That's just great coaching. Also, the Pats are playing tough, but not quite as tough as I expect them to be.
I make no predictions, but I do feel it will be an AFC year also. And another thing, thank God the Bucs aren't back in...
As I wrote to the people in Boston who complained about too much Red Sox talk a few weeks back.

“Regional Boards As the name implies, the Regionals are a great place to chat with people local to you.”
Sports are an integral part of our region. We have an online community here. Our mutual interests go beyond the hobby.
When I first interviewed for a moderator position, Staff told me [words to the effect] that he wanted the moderators to have a sense of the local community. I feel that visitors to the Atlanta (or any) regional board may benefit from a sense of what's going on in the community. I don't know your community but every once in awhile I try to sneak a post in to get you to talk about other things. What's wrong with that. Hey...if Vick hadn't been hurt this year, this board probably would have been full of sports talk.
mrbooks, I don't think you were complaining about the sports talk. You seem like a sharp guy, except for the Titans reference. I'm just trying to point out that, while this is an escort board, it's also an Atlanta board. You must have a few other interests. Don't be afraid to share them now and then.

P.S. Don't forget the original topic of this thread.
"mrbooks, I don't think you were complaining about the sports talk." Heck no! I live for sports. I love sports almost as much as...well..never mind that.
"You seem like a sharp guy, except for the Titans reference." Imagine how I felt after 1 quarter yesterday until I remembered that we were playing the Falcons...
I gotta help out my fellow Titan fan, MrBooks -- no one else has chimed in with the obvious -- Titans ALL THE WAY!!! Hell, the Falcons knock the MVP out of the game (McNair) and Vogel cooks their goose!! GO TITANS!!
As a further testament to the unheralded, blue collar players on my Titans, the backup QB is Billy Volek, not Vogel -- not that very many fans would have known that. Before yesterday, I'd have bet $100 that less than 10% of the avid football fans could name the backup QB or 4 receivers or two cornerbacks or two linebackers on the Titans.
Not very many "names" on the team but Jevon Kearse, Steve McNair, Eddie George (who could get traded and it wouldn't bother me), and MAYBE Keith Bulluck and Samari Rolle. Other than that, just a bunch of no name guys who punch the clock every Sunday and kick boo-tee!
